New York's incredible subway dancers

The high-energy dances are part of dynamic busking routines performed by underprivileged teens in New York City. Bouncing off benches, poles, and handrails, the group perform intense acrobatic dances to music on a boom box in between stops. The 21-man crew, We Are Family For Life Entertainment (WAFFLE), make around £65 each per day. Most of the group come from low-income backgrounds where crime is an easy option, and although subway busking isn't legal, the authorities turn a blind eye. The after-school hobby has even turned into a networking opportunity for the teens - most of whom are still in school.
