As Adani Plunges, Notional Loss Of ₹49,728 Cr For LIC
The country's biggest institutional investor Life Insurance Corporation – LIC has witnessed an enormous notional loss of 49,728 crore rupees amid the ongoing sell-off in the Adani Group. Not only this, the fall in at least three of the group stocks is fast nearing the 85% downside infamously forecast by Hindenburg in its report. Meanwhile, government officials said that LIC investments keep changing in the market and that the insurer is a diversified long-term investor.
