On the outside, the Jeeto sports a fascia similar to its sibling, the Jeeto Load, which has been built for commercial purpose. The front is identical for both the vehicles, with the signature Mahindra grille and a single dome head lamp assembly. The windscreen stretches wide, offering high visibility to the driver as well as the passengers. The side displays minivan proportions with tall windows to make the cabin feel roomier. The base variant gets a drop-down boot lid however the higher trims are offered with lift-up boot lid.

Inside the Jeeto minivan is a simple plastic dashboard with provisions to install a music system and additional switches. The dashboard also houses an integrated glove box with locking feature. The minivan is offered with seating arrangements for driver + three passengers or driver + four passengers.

The Jeeto minivan borrows its name from the Jeeto load which is a flatbed commercial vehicle. However, the minivan is based on an all new platform with a newly designed monocoque chassis. Although the vehicle is powered by the same m_Dura engine as in the commercial vehicle, the minivan has a longer wheelbase of 2250mm. The power source of the minivan is the 625cc diesel motor producing 16bhp and 38Nm of torque. The engine is BS-4 complaint and comes mated to a four-speed manual transmission.

SUV features we love: In the dreary days of yesteryear, people drove dull four-door sedans and were overjoyed with luxury features such as power windows, digital clocks, and seats which adjusted in, wait for it, TWO different directions. Praise the Flying Spaghetti Monster that those days are over, and now we drive stylish SUVs and wirelessly stream music from the cloud to the latest sound system nestled in the dashboard, while our increasingly attention-bereft offspring stay amused by plugging the X-Box into the video system in the second row. There are many fantastic SUVs on the market today. These are the features that make those SUVs just that little bit more special. Mahindra has also developed the CNG and the petrol variants of the Jeeto minivan. However, due to homologations, the launch of the other variants have not yet been confirmed. In addition to that, Mahindra officials stated that these commercial vehicles and small MPVs will see an electric powertrain. However, these plans are for the distant future.

The Mahindra Jeeto minivan rivals against the Tata’s Iris which caters to the same purpose.
