© India Today The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to complete a year this Sunday, but sadly a month before its anniversary, the show slipped from No. 2 and is constantly sliding down.

The mid-air feud between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover adversely affected the show's performance.

So much so that the show has even lost a spot in Top 10. As per the latest data of BARC India, the show has garnered 4.4 million impressions, down from last week's 4.6 million impressions.

While the show premiered in April 2016, it did not exactly open on a super note, and used to manage 5-5.5 million impressions in the initial few weeks of its premiere. But as the weeks passed by, the show's ratings saw a marked improvement.

In 2017, the show--barring the first week--managed the average rating of 6.4 million impressions.

While Kapil Sharma is desperately trying to climb back to its original position by experimenting with new team and new formats, another reality show is showing promise. We are talking about Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs, the top reality show this week, that has improved its game by garnering 5.1 million impressions this week, up from 4.7 million impressions last week.

The success of music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs is being attributed to the quality of participants and the judges--Neha Kakar, Himesh Reshammiya and Javed Ali.
