Nargisi Kofta Recipe

Nargisi Kofta is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Curries. Ingredients: 500 G MINCED MUTTON 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP GARAM MASALA 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER SALT TO TASTE 2 TBSP BESAN 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES GRAVY: 4 TBSP OIL 1 TSP NIGELLA SEEDS 1 CUP ONIONS 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 CUP TOMATO PUREE 1 TSP GARAM MASALA 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER SALT TO TASTE 2 CUPS WATER 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM ADD FRIED EGGS COOK FOR 5 MINUTES Method: In a bowl add mutton, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, besan, coriander leaves and mix it well. Now apply oil on your palms. Flatten the mutton mix and place the boil egg and coat it evenly. In a pan add oil for deep frying . For gravy In a pan add oil, kalungi, onion, ginger garlic paste and saute them Now add tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix them. Saute them and add water as needed. Cook for 10 min. Now add fresh cream and cook for 5min . Now add the fried kofta / eggs. Cook them for another 10min.
