Paneer Cheese Sandwich

This Paneer Cheese Sandwich packs quite the punch of protein and yummy flavours. You can easily whip it up for breakfast or a quick snack. Subscribe the channel at Ingredients: Butter Onions Ginger Garlic Paste Paneer Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Red chilli powder Salt White bread slices Cheese Method: Heat butter in a pan. Add onions and ginger garlic paste. Saute the mix till it turns golden brown. Now add grated or chopped paneer and stir well. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, and cook the mix until done. Heat some butter in a grill pan and place twqo bread slices on it. Place the paneer mix on one slice and grated cheese on the other. Once the cheese starts melting and sticks to the bread slice, put the two slices together and toast the sandwich until it is golden brown.
