Find the recipe below.Ingredients:Button mushrooms - medium sized - 20 Spinach - a medium sized bunch washed and chopped tiny without the stalksGarlic - 10 cloves choppedOlive - 2 tspsParmesan cheese - 1/4 cupPepper and salt as per taste Instructions:Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.Take off the stalk from the mushrooms and let them soak in warm water to help clean for 10 minutes. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and then the spinach lightly. Add the cheese and mix it up. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the mushrooms with the above mixture and stick it in the oven till it turns golden brown. It should be in there for about 10-12 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. Button mushrooms - medium sized - 20

Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup

Pepper and salt as per taste 

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

Take off the stalk from the mushrooms and let them soak in warm water to help clean for 10 minutes. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and then the spinach lightly. Add the cheese and mix it up. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

Stuff the mushrooms with the above mixture and stick it in the oven till it turns golden brown. It should be in there for about 10-12 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. 

Serve warm off the oven.

Serving size - Good for 5
