8 Signs Of Kidney Disease You Shouldn't Ignore

Kidney problems are growing each day among women and we all need to be aware that it is also becoming one of the most common causes of death. It is very important to get to know about a kidney problem at the initial stage itself or it can further create more problems till the time it reaches the last stages. At the very beginning of kidney disease, you get to see changes in your body. However, not always will you recognize these signs associated with your kidney. Here are some common signs that indicate a kidney disease:

1. Do you feel weak all the time? Fatigue, weakness or lack of energy are a common sign of kidney problem. It is when your kidneys are not functioning properly that you get to feel like this.

2. A common symptom of kidney disease is frequent urination. If you started getting an urge to pee more and often during night then this can be a sign of kidney infection. Make sure you keep a check on the number of times you are urinating.

3. Kidneys remove all the excess fluid and waste from your body. They also form red blood cells in the body. Kidneys also function to improve the supply of minerals in the blood. This further makes your skin soft and hydrated. If suddenly you start feeling that your skin has become dry and itchy then there may be some problem with your kidneys.

4. Your kidneys filter all the waste from the blood and they further create urine. If there is some problem with your kidneys and they are not able to filter the blood properly then you may spot the unfiltered blood in your urine. This can be a sign of kidney infection, disease or kidney stones.

5. Kidneys flush out all the harmful toxins from your body through the urine. However, when there is a problem in their functioning, you will get to see symptoms like inability to sleep. Sleep disorders are another common sign.

6. If you see bubbles in your urine then make sure you visit the doctor right away. A foamy urine is a sign of kidney disease.

7. Reduced appetite is another symptom of a kidney problem. When kidneys don't work properly, toxins build-up in your body and this reduces your appetite. Make sure you get a kidney test if this continues for a long time.

8. When your kidneys don't function properly, they cause sodium retention in the body and this further makes your hands and feet swell.

You must go for a kidney check at least once a year. If you have a family history kidney disease or high blood pressure then you must get your kidneys checked.
