Shilpa Shetty's red fusion suit is so tacky, it'll give you nightmares

Fusion sarees and suits were all over the place in 2017, and they seem to have made their way in 2018 too. While we've had celebrities like Sonam Kapoor take this trend to a whole new level of awesome, the worst-dressed celeb of the year gone by, Shilpa Shetty, hasn't shown any significant change in her styling this year. Her recent look is a case in point.

Talk about gaudy-dressing, and Shilpa in this blazing, red attire is bound to pop in your head. The Dhadkan actress was doing it almost right in the V-neck kurta with an asymmetric hemline, except the blingy embellishments on the neckline, which were a bit too much considering the fabric had a subtle sheen too.

It was the horrible styling of the attire, and the shiny chudidaar, which pinched our eyes, that turned it into a complete disaster.

First things first, we've no idea why Shilpa opted for that studded, obi belt to cinch the dupatta around her waist. The black, gold and silver colours of the belt made the bright-red outfit look extremely over-the-top.

Even the black-red, floral print dupatta that she draped on one shoulder looked garish, thanks to the shoddy print and overdose of red on the outfit.

Like the concoction of such scintillating colours on her outfit wasn't enough to make us cringe, she complemented it with a pair of silver, pointy pumps, and pulled down the look further.

The actress' loud outfit gave us a major downer with how she accessorised it--with a pair of chunky, gold, hoop earrings, which robbed the outfit of whatever little subtlety it had.

She finished the look with her wavy locks left loose, and a pop of red on her lips, and gave us one of the tackiest looks of 2018 so far.
