Prince William’s athletic forte may be playing polo with brother Prince Harry. But though he may be a polo pro, it looks like Prince William might need to keep practicing his soccer skills.

Yesterday, the Duke of Cambridge played along with the Wildcats Girls’ Football program. Making our hearts ache in the process.

The future king is no stranger to connecting with his country and people, from hugging a survivor of the tragic London fire to opening up about his mother Princess Diana’s death to help raise awareness for mental health.

It’s no surprise he was willing to hit the field — and take a shot — with England’s next soccer star. Take a look at this video shared by the Kensington Palace Instagram:

The palace explains the program aims to inspire girls aged 5-11 to “gain a lifelong love of sport” as they participate in football and develop skills.

It looks like they all had a lot of fun!

Prince William also met with the Lionesses, England’s national women’s football team.

He wished them good luck on their way to the Netherlands for the 2017 UEFA Women’s EURO.

As president of the Football Association, the father of two had to of course show off his skills to both teams. With a swift kick, he scores against the Lioness goalie.

FYI: She may have gone easy on the Prince.

Sit like a royal: One of the worst things a woman in the royal family can do—as far as etiquette rules go—is sit with her legs crossed at the knee. Legs and knees must be kept together, although crossing at the ankle is fine. One popular pose is called 'the duchess slant,' coined by Beaumont Etiquette and named for the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. Her go-to sitting position involves keeping her knees and ankles tightly together and slanting her legs to the side. It keeps her posture modest and makes her legs appear longer. In fact, the late Princess Diana was known to sit the exact same way. 14 Etiquette Rules Everyone in the Royal Family Must Follow
