It is a well known fact in football circles that Hector Bellerin is the fastest player in the Premier League, with some stats suggesting he's quicker than Usain Bolt.

But no one seems to have told the makers of FIFA 16.

EA Sports have revealed the fastest players in the latest instalment of the franchise, and whilst an Arsenal player tops the rankings, Bellerin is not even in the top 20.

Theo Walcott is the most rapid player on the eagerly anticipated game. The England and Arsenal forward comes out ahead of Matthis Bolly of Fortuna Dusselforf and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Borussia Dortmund, who make up the top three.

Cristiano Ronaldo's fading pace is noted by his absence from the top 20, but his Real Madrid team-mate Gareth Bale makes it in; the Welshman is the 6th fastest.

The only other England international aside from Walcott is Manchester City's Raheem Sterling. He is also the only other player from the Premier League.

Chelsea fans meanwhile might be surprised to see Juan Cuadrado on the list, with the Colombian's best show of haste arguably shown in his exit from the club just months after his arrival.
