Alain Aspect, John F. Clauser and Anton Zeilinger jointly awarded Nobel Prize in Physics

Alain Aspect, John F. Clauser and Anton Zeilinger were jointly awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics. Their work “laid the foundation for a new era of quantum technology”.The Nobel committee said their experiments with entangled photons established the violation of Bell inequalities and pioneered quantum information science. The trio will share the 10 million Swedish kronor awarded to them equally.
