Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina has admitted he is flattered by transfer rumours linking him with Arsenal.

The Gabon international has found it difficult to break into the Juve first team since his €9.5 million transfer from Marseille, starting just 15 Serie A games in two seasons with the Old Lady.

Lemina is frustrated with limited game time at Juventus Stadium and is likely to leave the club in the summer, with a transfer abroad a strong probability. The 23-year-old has been linked with a return to Ligue 1 to join Lyon, but has ruled out that switch due to his history with Marseille.

A move to Arsenal has also been mooted and that excites Lemina, who feels that he can show his qualities with a club of the Gunners' stature.

"My objective is to move up the ladder - if I have to leave Juve I’d like an experience with a club abroad," Lemina told RAC1.

"Would I go to Lyon? Quite frankly I don’t think OL would interest me. I’m 100 per cent Marseillais. Given the rivalry between Marseille and Lyon, that wouldn’t be the kind of project which would interest me.

"Going back to Marseille? On a personal level, I don’t think that would be the right move.

"Arsenal? Of course those links flatter me, but personally, I’ve never doubted my qualities. I’m at a very big club now but I haven’t been able to show my qualities at that level, so it’s flattering that big clubs are showing up."
