Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag's sense of humour, as seen on Twitter, has become the stuff of legend. Almost everyone on social media, whether a fan of cricket or not, knows Viru, thanks to his hilarious tweets, many posted on his friends' birthdays. But the man may have just upped his game even further when wishing his wife Aarti on her birthday.

No, it wasn't a huge declaration of his love or an overtly romantic message for her. Viru used his trademark humour to wish his 'Biwi ji' a happy birthday today. In a tweet shared on Twitter, the cricket icon said:

We don't know what's funnier, Viru - mentioning 16 December, a thriller based on a mission to stop a nuclear attack on the country or your simple explanation of true love and how it's hard to find, just like a Rs. 100 note.

Tweeple, as always, loved Viru's tweet. Since being posted, the tweet has already received almost 5,000 'likes and over 700 retweets with lots of comments.

And in case you missed it, here's Virender Sehwag's tweet for Indian Test Skipper Virat Kohli posted some 17 hours ago. The cricket icon apparently wants Virat to change his name to 'Badal' (cloud). Of course, there was a hilarious reason behind this suggestion.

Thank you for your tweets, Virender Sehwag. Never change.
