The constance of the ferocity of the temperature won't stop Churchill Brothers and Aizawl FC from going full tilt at each other, when they face off in their second group 'A' game of the 2017 Federation Cup, at the Barabati stadium, in Cuttack on 9th April, 2017.

The home side on the occassion, the Red Machines of Goa, charge into the match on the back of a hard-fought draw against East Bengal in the opening game. Coach Derrick Pereira seems to have found a fluency and rhythm with his current squad and he'll hope they step it up against the reinging champions of India.

Fatigue will be an important factor considering the climatic ocnditions and short schedule. However, the significance of the tie should tide over all pertubations the former Pune FC coach, as he selects his best possibile team to challenge the indomitable Mizoram side. No changes are expected to the starting XI that

Aizawl FC will have certianly blown the bugle with respect to their current stature in the Indian football galaxy, with a comeback win over Chennai City.

Khaid Jamil's men no longer sem to be unfazed by an hurdle ahead of them and that's a mentality that will take them far. 'Far' however, for the Mumbai-born coach, will be as far as negating the Churchill Brothers' challenge on matchday three. A full strength squad is expected from the I-League winning coach.

In two meetings between the two teams this past I-League season, Churchill have been belted for SIX by the opposition's attack, whilst scoring only two past the Reds' defense. How long can one assume the writing is on the wall? Long enough for both these titans from Goa and Mizoram to come up with their respective scripts.

Kick-off is at 7 PM IST.
