Pamana coach Hernan "Bolillo" Gomez has named his squad for March's World Cup qualification matches against Trinidad and Tobago and the United States, relying heavily on players based abroad.

Pulisic plays best match of his career

Of the 24 players, seven players currently make a living in MLS, setting up the potential for plenty of familiar one-on-one battles when the U.S. visits the Estadio Rommel Fernandez for March 28's match in the capital. Before that game, Panama travels to Port of Spain to face Trinidad and Tobago.

Gomez's most notable omissions came up top where 19-year-old Porto B forward Ismael Diaz and Sergio Moreno, who has played well recently for Peruvian side Deportivo Municipal, were left out of the group.

After opening qualification with a win at Honduras and a draw at home against Mexico, Panama sits third in the CONCACAF standings. If Los Caneleros can hold on to that place, they'd qualify to the World Cup for the first time.
