Mexico, Honduras, Panama and El Salvador have all qualified to the next stage as well, with the U.S. set to square off against Mexico on Monday.

Costa Rica can become the final team to qualify with a win over Bermuda, though a loss opens the door for Trinidad and Tobago or Bermuda to round out the final six teams.
