Did you know Aruna Irani was ousted from a film because of her friend Rekha? Yes, you got that right.. Aruna Irani and Rekha were BFFs when one fine day she was told by the producer of the film 'Mangalsutra', that they had to remove her because Rekha didn't want her to be in the film. While talking to a news agency, Aruna Irani recalled the incident and said that she confronted Rekha one day and asked her about it. She said, 'When I was shooting together with her, I told her, ‘The producers say that you got me removed from the film’ and very bold of her she said ‘Yes’. I then asked her why did you do this and she said, ‘See Aruna, in that film if the performance goes anywhere then I would come out as a vamp, that’s why I didn’t want you to do that role.
