'Naatu Naatu' song composer, lyricist at Republic Day event; but guess who skipped it

There was lots that happened at Telangana's Republic Day function at Raj Bhavan, Oscar nominee and the song from RRR that has taken the world by storm Naatu Naatu's music composer and lyricist were felicitated. Conspicuous by his absence was Telangana CM KCR who skipped the event. It's no secret that the Telangana Governor and Chief Minister have been at loggerheads for months. So the CM snubbed the Governor and the Governor returned the favour in her speech that criticised the state govt but praised only the Centre and Raj Bhavan's own initiatives.
