Rahul Gandhi thinks he's above the Constitution, disqualified because of his arrogance: Ashwini Vaishnaw

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw slammed Rahul Gandhi, saying the congress leader thinks that he's above the Constitution. "Rahul Gandhi thinks no court can give a judgement against him... He thinks it is his birthright to rule this country," said Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. He further added, "People who are putting corruption allegations on us, should try to recall how during the UPA govt, there was a conspiracy going on to weaken the institutions in the country."
