Burst pipe sends water gushing 20 feet into air on southern Indian road
A burst pipe sent water gushing 20 feet into the air on a road in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu. Footage from February 28 shows pedestrians and motorists stopping to take a look at the unexpected fountain of water. The pipeline was damaged after an earth mover lost control and hit a water valve. As water levels rose, locals were knee-deep in the water and traffic congestion lasted for nearly 45 minutes.
