Here's why Amitabh Bachchan cried in front of his daughter Shweta and grand-daughter Navya Naveli Nanda

In a recently released promotional video of the 1000th episode of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati', megastar Amitabh Bachchan can be seen wiping of tears and getting emotional while saying his trademark lines 'Khel abhi Khatm nahi hua hai'. The soon to be aired episode sees Amitabh Bachchan's daughter Shweta Bachchan and granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda as contestants. The promo, which seems to be a round-up of all the 13 episodes of KBC, shows previous winners from Harshvardhan Navathe in 2000 to Sushil Kumar in 2011, and sums up the journey of KBC with Amitabh Bachchan. During the video, Shweta asks her father, 'It is the 1000th episode, how do you feel?' and the megastar replies, 'It felt as if the whole world has changed.' The post has been captioned as, 'Chehre ki muskaan, aankhon mein khushi ke aansu, dheer saare gyaan aur aap sabhi ke pyaar ke saath #KBC poore kar raha hai apne 1000 episodes, iss haseen pal mein bhavuk hue AB sir!' KBC, the show, seems to be very close to Big B's heart and that is why, a while ago, he took to his blog to share his views on how proud he felt after finishing the shoot of the 1000th episode. He wrote, 'A delight to be able to not just test the ability of the ‘contestants’ but to give the freedom to express what many have felt has been undisclosed and kept behind closed doors. The banter of the family dining table, the repartee, and most importantly the several causes that the young at this age think about and work for. An evening of great pride for the father and grandfather - for Papa and Nana!'
