Juliano Alcântara is a professional painter in Brazil. He shows us how he uses a stainless steel leveling tool to smooth out plaster putty and prep it for painting. It seals all the holes and lines between the sheets of drywall to ensure the paint adheres smoothly. Once it dries, Juliano sands it, then paints it.
