Jiah Khan death case: Reacting to CBI court's dismissal of further probe, mother Rabia Khan questions 'CBI's lack of findings'

Jiah Khan was a rising star with the potential to make it really big in Bollywood one day. But at just 25 she passed away. Jiah, who appeared in hit films such as 'Nishabd', 'Ghajini', and 'Housefull', was found dead in her family's Mumbai apartment in 2013. It's been eight years now since this young actress passed away and her mother Rabia Khan has been fighting for justice for her daughter. On September 16, a special CBI court dismissed all petitions seeking permission for further probe into the case. While the trial is still underway, Jiah's mother has now spoken to ETimes and opened up on CBI's special court's dismissal of the further probe and said, 'after reading the order issued today by CBI court Mumbai what I find interesting is that the honourable judge had heard all the parties submissions and he must have recognised the importance of CBI’s lack of findings, their analysis and contradictory answers that are creating severe doubt how the case has been handled, and how prematurely CBI has even produced a charge sheet without having taken the evidence on the Dupatta found on Jiah and BBM phone messages into consideration.'
