Man arrested as anti-lockdown protesters gather in London
A man was filmed being arrested by police in London on Saturday 28 November as an anti-lockdown protest began in the city. The officers cited coronavirus-related restrictions prior to detaining him, in the Kings Cross area of north London. The city's Metropolitan police earlier warned people against joining a planned anti-lockdown protest in central London on Saturday, saying such gatherings are banned under coronavirus legislation. The location of the rally has already been changed after police began making arrests of people arriving by train at the original location, Kings Cross.
