Neetu Kapoor shares a homemade remedy to help fight anxiety

Industry veterans have been around long enough to know what works and what doesn't after a lot of hits and misses. Be it advice, words of wisdom or the ways of the world, they have a lot to bestow to the younger generations. So when a veteran actress like Neetu Kapoor advises on ways to beat anxiety, she has everyone's attention. She recently took to her Instagram account to share her tip. Neetu shared a picture on her Insta stories that shows a glass filled with water, star anise and bay leaf. She captioned it as, 'After Chia seeds for two weeks, now star anise and bay leaf (good for anxiety)'. Well, with the amount of stress people reel under these days with their jobs, the COVID-19 pandemic and whatnot, Neetu's tip is worth a try, right? Neetu was most recently seen making a guest appearance on 'Indian Idol 12' as contestants dedicated a special tribute to the late Rishi Kapoor, Neetu's husband. On the show, she revealed that she was Rishi Kapoor's wing-woman before they started dating. 'I was Rishi's wing-woman and always helping him in impressing girls, until we started dating. Rishi found me very cute and sweet and we used to call each other Bob.' Neetu also revealed how Rishi had proposed to her. She said, 'He was in Paris whereas I was in Kashmir, shooting, and suddenly I got a telegram from Rishi saying he misses me and loves me.' For the unversed, March 25 marked the 11-month death anniversary of Neetu's husband and actor Rishi Kapoor, who passed away on 30 April 2020, after a two-year battle with leukemia. Remembering him, on the day, Neetu shared sharing an unseen video of her's with Rishi from their last trip to New York. She wrote, 'Since today is Rishiji’s 11 month prayer meet felt like sharing some moments from our last trip to NYC.'
