Sherlyn Chopra's case: Bombay HC directs Mumbai Police to take no action against Rakhi Sawant till Feb 1
Bringing a sigh of relief, Bombay High Court asked police to ensure 'no coercive action' is taken against Rakhi Sawant till February 1 in the case related to the circulation of obscene videos and photos. Following a complaint filed by model-actress Sherlyn Chopra, Rakhi Sawant was arrested. Sherlyn has alleged that Rakhi circulated inappropriate videos and photos of her. Meanwhile, Sherlyn Chopra was present in HC during the hearing and her lawyer sought time for filing intervention application to oppose Rakhi's pre-arrest bail plea, and hence the matter was adjourned.
