The voting for five graduate and teacher constituencies seats in the UP legislative council is underway in Uttar Pradesh Voters queued up at the polling booth to cast their votes They will decide the fate of 63 candidates belonging to different political parties Voting began at 8 am and will conclude at 4 pm The counting of votes will take place on February 02
