Rakhi Sawant fainted while coming out of the Oshiwara Police station in Mumbai. The actress was accompanied by her lawyer and family members. Rakhi's lawyer spoke to the media and said, 'Adil has been arrested and a case has been registered against him under sections 406 (criminal breach of trust), 498A (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 377 (unnatural offences) of Indian Penal Code' at the Oshiwara Police station.
