
Improve services and reduce wait times for public, PM tells govt agencies
The Prime Minister wants government agencies to improve their services and not make the public queue for hours before they are entertained. Speaking at the Prime Minister's monthly meeting with the staff of the Prime Minister's Department on Tuesday (Feb 7), Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said he was aware of the "neglect" on the part of certain agencies in ensuring efficiency and this had resulted in long wait times for the people.
