Senior citizen charged with obstructing civil servant in operation to catch stray dogs

A 69-year-old man pleaded not guilty at a Petaling Jaya Magistrate’s court on Friday to a charge of allegedly obstructing a civil servant in an operation by the Petaling Jaya City Council to catch stray dogs. Patrick Khoo Kian Wui has been accused of deliberately preventing MBPJ personnel Azizul Azzim Norehan from carrying out his duties at a house in Taman Kanagapuram, Petaling Jaya on March 22.
