This menu can be prepared in a flash. The starter requires no cooking, and can be prepared ahead and left to chill. The main course is a quick and healthy stir-fry. Meat can easily be served with the stir-fry, if you are also cooking for non-vegetarians.


Countdown

30 minutes

Starter

Prepare the tomatoes, cover, and put to one side.


20 minutes

Dessert

Make the dessert and put in the refrigerator to chill.


Main course

Prepare the vegetables for the stir-fry.


Main course

Start cooking the rice to go with the stir-fry (if required).


10 minutes

Starter

Plate up the tomatoes for the starter, and garnish, if required.


Serve

Serve the tomatoes.

Stir-fry the vegetables.

Remove the dessert from the refrigerator.
