This is packed with a mix of cuisines from the Mediterranean that compliment each other. The main course is easy to execute, and quick to cook, as the meat is pounded thin. The traditional, indulgent dessert is the perfect treat to round off the meal.


Countdown

60 minutes

Dessert

Prepare the tiramisu, cover, and chill.


Starter

Marinate the shrimp in the chile and garlic mixture, cover, and put in the refrigerator to chill.


45 minutes

Main course

Pound the steaks for the scallops, mix the anchovy paste and smother over the meat, cover, and put to one side.


30 minutes

Main course

Prepare the arugula (rocket) salad for the main course.


15 minutes

Starter

Cook the shrimp for the starter.


Serve

Serve the shrimp.

Start cooking the scallops.

When ready to serve, remove the tiramisu from the refrigerator.
