Brasseurs de Lorraine

3 rue du Bois le Prêtre, 54700, Pont à Mousson, France

In 2003, three dynamic young partners opened a new brewery in the heart of the Lorraine region, in northeast France. Their aim was to revive a regional tradition of beermaking that had almost entirely died out there. The brewery now produces six main brands, all of them in distinct styles.

Abbaye des Prémontrés

beer style: Abbey Beer
alcohol content: 6% ABV

Amber, malty in taste, but with a delicate bitterness. Stewed fruits and caramel in the finish.

Duchesse de Lorraine

beer style: Red Beer
alcohol content: 5.5% ABV

Malty, spicy, and with a hint of dried fruits, this beer is made using an 18th-century recipe.
