2 place de la Gare, 29270, Carhaix, France

This Breton brewery’s foundation, in Morlaix in 1985, pioneered the revival of artisan breweries in France. Now in Carhaix, in central Brittany, it produces British-style real ales (stout and porter are in the range), but wheat and blonde beers are also made here.

Brewing secret

All of Coreff’s beers are unpasteurized and unfiltered.

Coreff Ambrée

beer style: Amber Ale
alcohol content: 5% ABV

Deep, appealing ale with notes of brown sugar, toasted malt and caramel, and a good bitterness in the finish. A classic since 1985.
