Dachsbräu Weilheim

Murnauer Str. 5, 82362, Weilheim, Germany

www.dachsbier.de

It was a master brewer from Munich who founded the Dachsbräu on a farm in Weilheim in 1879. Georg Dachs began to produce wheat beer, and the family-owned brewery has since grown ever bigger.

Brewing secret

The most significant characteristic of the beer is that it is traditionally hand-crafted.

Dunkler Doppelbock

beer style: Doppelbock
alcohol content: 7.5% ABV

Strong and sweet, this typical doppelbock has malt aromas from the start, and is very full-bodied.

Urhell

beer style: Lager
alcohol content: 5.5% ABV

A kellerbier—unfiltered, cloudy, and yellow—it tastes very mild at the beginning, has light aromas of fine hops, and is fresh and pleasant.
