Magladi ut 17, Budapest, Hungary

For many years this brewery was run by Anton Dreher, one of the great beer innovators. In the mid-19th century, he developed the technology to ferment beer at low temperatures and created a new kind of malty amber beer, called Vienna lager. For his achievements, Dreher was dubbed “The King of Beer.” The company is now owned by SABMiller.
