Ferme Brasserie Schoune

2075 Ste-Catherine, St-Polycarpe, Quebec, J0P 1X0, Canada

www.schoune.com

All the beers draw on the Schoune family’s Belgian links. All use pure barley malt, and the white uses a proportion of local wheat.

Brewing secret

The beers are unfiltered, so the yeast remains in the bottle to help produce deep, rich fruit flavors to compliment the spiciness.

La Reb’Ale

beer style: Strong Ale
alcohol content: 7.5% ABV

The rock ’n’ roll of the range: copper red, deeply malty, and a powerful caramel mouthfeel.

La Blanche Du Québec

beer style: White Beer
alcohol content: 4.1% ABV

With a spicy character, it refreshes the palate with a citrus caress; an ideal partner with goat cheese.
