Left Hand

1265 Boston Avenue, Longmont, CO, 80501

The company takes its name from the Arapahoe Chief Niwot, his name translating as “left hand.” Originally brewing English-style ales, the brewery merged in 1998 with Tabernash, known for Bavarian-inspired beers. Those beers have now been phased out, but Left Hand continues to develop a wide range of beer styles and produces many seasonal brews too.

Complex and smooth, chocolate and burnt toast in the aroma and flavor constantly balanced by creamy sweetness.

Blackjack Porter
