23 Hayward Street, Ipswich, MA, 01938

Founded in 1991 as the Ipswich Brewery, it had sold the rights to its original brands before new owners acquired the brewery in 1999 and renamed it Mercury. Mercury later reacquired the Ipswich brands and has been on a fast growth track, with Ipswich and Stone Cat ales, Mercury old-fashioned soda pop, and even oatmeal stout mustard.
