1208 14th Avenue, Monroe, WI, 53566

Ravinder Minhas was just 24 years old when he bought the historic Joseph Huber Brewery in 2006 to produce his popular Mountain Creek brands, already brewed under contract in Monroe for Canadian distribution. Minhas Craft Brewery still makes the Huber brands (dating back to 1843), Berghoff beers, and a line of grocery store house label beers as well.

Lazy Mutt

beer style: Golden Ale
alcohol content: 4.8% ABV

The first released under the Minhas brand, billed as a “farmhouse ale” by the brewery but more summer ale than a saison.

Huber Bock

beer style: Bock
alcohol content: 5.4% ABV

Toasty and dry, with caramel notes. Best at Baumgartner’s Cheese Store & Tavern near the brewery.
