Arm Rotations: Step 1
Step 1 Sit with your legs crossed in a lotus position. Loop a resistance band around your ribs, wrapping the ends with 1 to 3 pound weights. Holding the weights, stretch the band and raise your arms to your sides at shoulder height, palms facing down.

Step 2 Close your arms, moving your hands together in front of your chest, palms facing down.
Arm Rotations: Step 3
Step 3 Open your arms back out to your sides.
Arm Rotations: Step 4
Step 4 Then rotate your hands outward to face the ceiling.
Arm Rotations: Step 5
Step 5 Close your arms, bringing your hands together in front of your chest, palms facing up.

Step 6 Open the arms to your side.
