Step 1 Lie on your back with your pelvis in an neutral position, with your knees bent and feet flat.
Knee Folds: Step 2
Step 2 Exhale and tighten your abs to lift your right leg straight up to 90 degrees.
Knee Folds: Step 3
Step 3 Lower your right leg on the same exhale.
Knee Folds: Step 4
Step 4 Inhale, then exhale and lift your left leg straight up to 90 degrees.
Knee Folds: Step 5
Step 5 Lower your left leg to the floor.
