Step 1 Lie sideways with your hip bones aligned one on top of the other and your legs stacked on top of each other. Lean your legs forward a bit so they are slightly in front of your torso. Point your toes.

Step 2 Lift your top leg to hip height and make small circles with your leg.
Leg Circles: Step 3
Step 3 Reverse the direction of the circles.
Leg Circles: Step 4
Step 4 Lower your leg to the bottom leg. Repeat on the other side.
