Step 1 Stand tall with your legs together.
Pilates Pushup: Step 2
Step 2 Tuck your chin and curl down through your spine until your hands reach the floor.

Step 3 Walk your hands out to a plank position.
Pilates Pushup: Step 4
Step 4 Press into your hands, bend your elbows to the sides to lower your chest.
Pilates Pushup: Step 5
Step 5 Press into your hands and straighten your arms, lifting back to a plank position.
Pilates Pushup: Step 6
Step 6 Walk your hands back to your toes.

Step 7 Return to a standing position by curling up one vertebra at a time.
