Shaving the Head: Step 1
Step 1 Sit with your legs crossed in a lotus position. Loop a resistance band around your ribs and wrap the ends around 1 to 3 pound dumbbells. Holding the weights, stretch the band and raise your arms to shoulder height with your palms down and weights touching.

Step 2 Lean your spine slightly forward as you raise your arms 2–3 inches up.
Shaving the Head: Step 3
Step 3 Bend your elbows out to the side, pulling the weights back toward your head.
Shaving the Head: Step 4
Step 4 Press your arms straight up above your head.

Beginner Tips

This is a shoulder stabilization exercise. Hold your shoulders down and extend your arms from your ribcage and lengthen then from back of the armpit down to your little finger.
