Side Plank: Step 1
Step 1 Begin in a Plank position propped up on your hands and toes.
Side Plank: Step 2
Step 2 Press into your left hand and rotate your body toward your right. Stack your feet on top of each other.
Side Plank: Step 3
Step 3 Press your hip toward the ceiling as you extend your right arm to the ceiling.
Side Plank: Step 4
Step 4 Return to a plank position and repeat on the other side.
