Single-leg Stretch: Step 1
Step 1 Lie on your back with your legs bent 90 degrees and your pelvis in a neutral position.
Single-leg Stretch: Step 2
Step 2 Exhale as you curl your head and shoulders forward off of the floor.
Single-leg Stretch: Step 3
Step 3 Bring your hands to your right knee as you straighten your left knee out.
Single-leg Stretch: Step 4
Step 4 Then move your hands to your left knee as you straighten your right leg out.

Modifications

To modify, do not straighten your legs all the way. Exhale as the leg goes out, and inhale to bring it in. If you still feel strain, drop your head to the mat.
