Supine Floor Barre: Step 1
Step 1 Lie facedown on the mat with your hands stacked under your forehead and your knees bent.
Supine Floor Barre: Step 2
Step 2 Squeeze your knees together and lift your heels toward the ceiling while keeping your hips on the floor.
Supine Floor Barre: Step 3
Step 3 Lower your thighs back to the floor.
Supine Floor Barre: Step 4
Step 4 Rotate your heels together so your knees move apart and lift your legs toward the ceiling.
Supine Floor Barre: Step 5
Step 5 Then lower your legs to the floor.

Step 6 Straighten your legs and lift them off the floor.

Step 7 Cross your heels and thighs.

Modifications

To modify, place a ball or rolled towel between your inner thighs and squeeze. If you feel strain, do not lift the thighs as high.
