Step 2 Throw a punch (jab) with your front arm, elbow to your side, and palm down. Quickly return your arm to your side.
Abs Jabs: Step 3
Step 3 Punch with your other arm, making sure you rotate hip forward in the direction of the punch. Your back heel will lift off the floor slightly. Pull arm back to starting position.
